Statistics

The statistics section shows how your live blogs are performing. Data is collected via a separate analytics database and updated in near real time.

Blog-level statistics

Open a blog's statistics via the chart icon in the blog list, or go to /statistics/blog/{blog_id}.

• Visits over time — line chart (day/week/month)
• Unique visitors — deduplicated count
• Average visit duration
• Posts viewed per visit
• Top posts — most viewed posts in this blog
• Device breakdown — mobile / desktop / tablet
• Referrers — where visitors come from (direct, social, search, other sites)

Organisation overview

The dashboard home shows aggregated metrics across all blogs (see Dashboard overview).

Date ranges

Use the date picker in the statistics header to select a custom range. Default is the current month.

Export

Click Export to download a CSV of the current view (visits per day, top posts, referrers).

Privacy & data retention

• No personal data is stored — visitors are tracked via anonymous IDs.
• Raw visit logs are retained for 13 months; aggregated metrics are kept indefinitely.
• You can request data deletion via support.
