Dashboard overview
The dashboard gives you a real-time view of all your live blogs and their performance. This page explains the main sections.
Blog list & status
The main view shows all blogs in your organisation. Each blog has a status badge:
- Live — currently publishing, visible to readers
- Scheduled — start date is in the future
- Finished — end date has passed
Use the filter buttons (All / Live / Scheduled / Finished) to narrow the list. The search box filters by title and description.
Calendar view
Click the calendar icon in the hero bar to switch to a calendar layout. Blogs appear on their start/end dates with colour-coded dots (red = live, yellow = scheduled, grey = finished). Click a blog to open it.
KPI cards (monthly)
At the top of the dashboard you see four key metrics for the current month:
- Total visits — all visits across your blogs
- Unique visitors — deduplicated visitors
- Active blogs — blogs that had at least one visit this month
- Average visits per visitor — engagement indicator
Each card shows a comparison vs. the previous month (green = up, red = down).
Charts
- Daily visits — line chart of visits per day this month
- Device types — doughnut chart (mobile, desktop, tablet, other)
Side panels
- Live now — quick links to currently live blogs
- Upcoming — next 5 scheduled blogs with start times
Actions per blog
In the blog list each row has three action buttons:
- Open (arrow icon) — open the blog editor
- Settings (cog icon) — blog settings (categories, template, etc.)
- Statistics (chart icon) — per-blog statistics page
